Intellectual Property:

a. Ownership: All content, materials, and resources provided by the Club, including but not limited to digital funnel products, marketing materials, and guides, are the intellectual property of the Funnel Resale Club or its licensors.

b. License: By being a Club member, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the provided materials solely for the purpose of reselling the digital funnel products. You may not distribute, reproduce, modify, or exploit the materials beyond the scope of this license.

Reselling and Use of DFY Digital Funnel Products:

a. Reselling Rights: Club members have the right to resell the DFY digital funnel products as their own and retain the profits generated from sales.

b. Prohibited Actions: You may not claim authorship or ownership of the DFY digital funnel products, resell them outside of the Club, or use them for any illegal, harmful, or unethical purposes.

c. Non-Exclusivity: The Club reserves the right to provide the same or similar DFY digital funnel products to other members.

Guarantees and Refunds:

a. Action-Based Guarantee: The Club offers a 90-day Success Assurance as described in the provided guarantee policy.

Limitation of Liability:

a. Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Funnel Resale Club and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your use of the Club or any violation of these Terms.

b. No Warranty: The Club provides its services "as is" and does not make any warranties or guarantees regarding the results you may achieve through your reselling efforts or the accuracy and completeness of the provided materials.

Modification and Termination:

a. Amendments: The Funnel Resale Club reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting.

b. Termination: The Club may terminate your membership and access to the services at its discretion if you violate these Terms or engage in any unauthorized or harmful activities.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [your country or state], without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any legal action arising out of these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the competent courts of [your country or state].
